(win7) windows live settings for iPhone?

Greets,
I have been going round and round in the winLiveHelp ASK a question maze. And I give up:
I am unable to send a picture from my iPhone to my winLiveMail account.
My iPhone settings are::

Host name: pop3.live.com
smtp: smtp.live.com
server port: 995

Are these correct?
Pls, what do I need to do?

The SENDING smtp.live.com uses another port number which I didn't see in your post.
