Itunes Error Code 9812
I am having problems with Itunes. I don't know what to do anymore. It was working just fine, I downloaded a bunch of songs and uploaded them to my Ipod. A couple of weeks later I went to download more songs from the iTunes Music Store and got the error message:
"iTunes could not connect to the music store. An unknown error occured (-9812). Make sure your network connection is active and try again"
This happens also when I try to log in to my iTunes account. I have not changed or installed anything on my computer, so I am totally at a loss with what to do. Apple has no advice other than to contact my computer manufacturer.
I am running Windows XP SP2, have the current iTunes software installed, and have tried shutting off the firewall (to no avail). I have allowed iTunes as an exception as well. My pop-up blocker is turned off.
I am ready to throw my computer out the window.
Are there any iTunes savy people out there!?
