Need advice on motherboard

Ok i have an old computer right. I just want to buy a new motherboard and processor. but i have a budget of $200. I want a asus motherboard with pci express slot and a like 8gb-16gb ram support. any suggestions would be awesome. i found a few asus mobos for 100 bucks that looked nice XD
