I recently had a corrupted Iphone and received a new one. However, my operating system (the backed up file) was corrupted. The tech at the Apple store said to restore the phone and manually restore my photos, contacts, music and app's.
However, I cannot find the photos and videos that were on my Iphone.
Does anyone know if I received faulty advice and how to get the photos back?
